Terms of service
Last updated 16 June 2026
These terms govern your use of EUQR. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
EUQR provides free static QR codes, and โ on paid plans โ dynamic QR codes, branded short links, scan analytics, a Recovery Page, and an API. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Team members you invite can manage content but cannot change billing or delete the account.
Acceptable use
- Don't point links or codes at malware, phishing, or unlawful content.
- Don't use the service to infringe others' rights or to send spam.
- We may disable links or codes, or suspend accounts, that breach these terms or applicable law.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, your dynamic codes show your Recovery Page for 90 days before falling back to a generic page. Static QR codes are unaffected by billing.
Availability
We work hard to keep EUQR available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Static QR codes encode your destination directly and keep working independently of EUQR.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EUQR is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which EUQR is established. For questions, see our imprint.
